Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Customs and import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Cozyra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
