Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Contact us at cozyra4shopify@gmail.com to initiate your return. Do not send items back without prior approval. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cozyra4shopify@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt of the last item, for any reason and without justification — including weekends and public holidays. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cozyra4shopify@gmail.com.
